First of all, log in to your cPanel account and click the Email - Email Accounts button on the main screen.

On the incoming screen, click the + Create button on the right side and proceed to the next step.

In the Last Username section, type your email username. Example: info

Fill in your password information at the bottom and save it by clicking the + Create button at the bottom.
