As HOSTIDER BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Hostider), the security of your personal data is our priority and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and within the framework of our disclosure obligation, we would like to inform you about the processing processes of your personal data as Data Controller

This information will be processed during the term of the contract in accordance with your consent so that monthly payments for the service you have purchased can be automatically debited from your credit card. In addition, we process your personal data in order to carry out personalized marketing in the light of the personal information you provide regarding our products and services offered by our company Hostider, and in accordance with your electronic communication consent, and we destroy your personal data when our obligations arising from the Law and the purpose of processing are eliminated. We process your personal data for the following purposes.

3- Explicit Consent in Processing Personal Data

In this context, if the provider of the service requested directly by the customer is located abroad, Hostider only brings the parties together and mediates the sale of the product / service and invoices the service to the customer. We never share your personal data outside the framework outlined by the Law. Provided that adequate and effective measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles determined in the legislation, your personal data may be shared with public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data as required by legal obligation, our business partners and suppliers with whom we have contracted in accordance with our activities and from whom we receive services to provide products and services to you.

5- Your Rights Under the Law

Terms to be used in Hostider Privacy Statement;
Hostider: Hostider Information Services LTD.

Services: Hostider, a cloud services platform that allows you to build, deploy, and manage applications and store your data in a data center network managed by Hostider.

Customer Data: All data, including text, audio, software or image files, that you provide or that is provided on your behalf in your use of the Services. For example, Customer Data includes data that you upload for storage or processing on the Services and applications that you or your end users install for hosting on the Services.

Administrator Data is information provided about administrators (including account contact and subscription administrators), such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, during the registration, purchase or administration of the Services.

Payment Data; When you make online purchases; information that may include your payment instrument number (e.g. credit card), name, billing address, security code associated with your payment method (e.g. CSV) and other financial data ("Payment Data").

Support Data is information we collect when you submit a support request or run an automated troubleshooter, including hardware, software and other details about the support incident, including

Scope;
Hostider is a cloud services platform that allows you to build, deploy, and manage applications and store your data in a data center network managed by Hostider. This statement applies to the use of these services and any other Hostider services that link to or display this statement. The Services may enable you to purchase, subscribe to or use other products and services from Hostider or third parties that have different privacy practices. Your use of other products and services and the information you submit to the third party are governed by the third parties' privacy notices and policies. Notice to End Users: This privacy statement is written for the organization or company that contracts with Hostider for the Services ("our customer"). References to "you" or "your" in this notice refer to our customers who may use the Services to develop and host their own services for their end users in exchange for this agreement. In such cases, all information collected or managed by Hostider will be processed by us on behalf of our client who controls the collection and use of the information. End users should notify the organization providing the service to the end user of any privacy related requests. Hostider is not responsible for the privacy practices of customers.

Customer Data;
does not include configuration or technical settings. We use Customer Data only to provide the Services. This may include troubleshooting to prevent, detect or repair problems affecting the operation of the Services, and the development of features to detect and protect against emerging or evolving threats to the user (such as malware or spam).

Admin Data;
We use Admin Data to complete transactions you request, manage your account, improve the Services, and detect and prevent fraud. We may contact you to provide you with billing and important updates about your subscription, including information about new subscriptions, information about security or other technical issues with the Services. We may also communicate with you about third-party inquiries we receive about your use of the Services, as described in your communications. You cannot unsubscribe from these communications. Subject to your communication preferences, we may communicate with you by phone, email regarding other products and services, information, offers or to solicit your feedback.

Payment Data;
We use Payment Data to complete transactions and to detect and prevent fraud. When you provide Payment Data when you are authenticated, we store this data to help you complete future transactions so that you do not have to provide this information again. However, we do not store the security code associated with your payment instrument (e.g. CSV, CVV) in this way.

To remove or change Payment Data, please contact Customer Service. After you close your Account or remove Payment Data, Hostider may retain your Payment Data for as long as necessary to complete your existing transaction and to detect and prevent fraud.

Support Data;
Support Data is information we collect when you submit a support request or run an automated troubleshooter, including hardware, software and other details about the support incident

Communication or authentication information includes chat session personalization, information about the state of the machine and application when errors occur or during diagnosis, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations, and error trace files.

Information support can be provided by phone, email or online chat. We may use Remote Access (RA) with your permission to temporarily navigate your machine. Phone conversations with Hostider staff, online chat sessions, Remote Access sessions may be recorded and/or monitored. For Remote Access, we may access the recording after your session. We may terminate your Online Chat or Remote Access session at any time. We use Support Data as described in this privacy statement or additionally to resolve your support incident and for training purposes.

After the support incident, we may send you a survey about your experience and offers. You must opt out of support surveys by contacting support or via email footer, separately from any other communications provided by Hostider.

Some business customers may purchase enhanced support offers (e.g. maintenance agreement). These offers are subject to separate conditions and notifications.

Sharing Information;
We do not disclose Customer Data, Administrator Data, Payment Data or Support Data ("your information") except as described in Hostider's or your agreements or this privacy statement.

We sometimes contract with other organizations to provide services (such as customer support) on our behalf. We may give these organizations access to your information when it is necessary for their business. These organizations are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using your information for purposes other than those for which they were engaged by Hostider.

We will not disclose Customer Data to a third party unless you instruct us to do so or as required by law. In the event that a third party contacts us to request Customer Data, we will attempt to direct the third party to request such data directly from you. If we are required to disclose Customer Data to a third party, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of such disclosure unless prohibited by law.
Hostider may share Admin Data or Payment Data with third parties for fraud prevention purposes or to process payment transactions. This sharing is limited to the virtual pos company.

We do not respond directly to data protection and privacy requests from your end users without your prior written consent, unless required by applicable law.

Security Controls and Features
Hostider provides a secure foundation from which customers can design, build and manage their own secure cloud applications and infrastructure.
24-hour monitored physical security; Hostider manages and monitors data centers to protect data and services from unauthorized access and environmental threats.
Permanent zero privilege; Hostider operations and support staff are denied access to customer data by default. When allowed, access is carefully managed and logged in the support application.

Data Location;
Hostider may move the location of customer data within a major geographic region (for example, within the US, Europe or Turkey) for data redundancy or other purposes. Hostider will not move customer data outside of the major geographic regions you specify (for example, from the US to Asia or from Europe to the US), except in the following cases:

Where it is necessary to provide customer support, troubleshoot service problems or comply with legal requirements.

Hostider does not control or restrict the territories in which you or your End Users may access or move Customer Data.

Hostider Account;
In order to access the Services, you or your users may need to sign in with a Hostider account or other authentication mechanism. By logging into one Hostider service, you may automatically be logged into other Hostider services that use those credentials.

Changes to our Privacy Statement
We will occasionally update our privacy statement to reflect customer feedback and changes to our Services. When we post changes to a notice, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the notice. If there is a major change to the notice or the way Hostider uses your personal information, we will notify you by posting an alert or direct notice before the changes take effect.
