Service Standards, and Transparency Principle
We understand that maintaining a digital presence goes far beyond registering a domain name or uploading files to a server. For us, hosting means business continuity, data security, and a flawless experience for your visitors.
On this page, you will find a completely transparent explanation of how our prices are determined, exactly what technological infrastructure and human resources your payments fund, and the parameters used for price updates. Our goal is not just to be a service provider, but to be a reliable partner empowering your digital journey.
In the hosting industry, prices vary widely. You may see companies offering services at extremely low rates. However, our pricing policy is built on the foundation of "Sustainable Performance and Uninterrupted Security."
Low-priced services often rely on an "overselling" strategy. We, however, adopt a Premium Hosting approach. When setting our prices, we do not calculate the maximum number of clients we can squeeze onto a server, but rather the maximum amount of resources we can dedicate to a single client. Therefore, our prices may appear slightly above the standard market average; this is because the service we offer is not standard hosting, but digital insurance for your business.
You have every right to know where your money goes. Our service fees are comprised of high-technology and expertise costs, grouped under the following 5 main categories:
There is a massive difference between home computers and data center servers. To cut costs, we never use "desktop-grade" hardware.
NVMe SSD Technology: Read/write speeds directly impact your site's loading time. We use Enterprise NVMe drives, which are significantly more expensive than standard SSDs but offer incredible speed.
Redundant Power and Network: Our servers are hosted in Tier-3 and Tier-4 certified data centers. This means electricity never cuts out, and internet access is backed up by multiple carriers. The energy and cooling costs of this infrastructure are a key component of our pricing.
RAM and Processor Quality: To prevent your sites from slowing down during sudden traffic spikes, we always keep the RAM and CPU available per server at 40% above total demand (buffer). This idle resource is your "safety net," and it comes with a cost.
Many users think a hosting company only provides hardware. However, the control panels and background software require significant licensing fees.
cPanel / Plesk Licenses: We use the world's best control panels. These license fees are FX-based and increase annually.
CloudLinux OS: This operating system, which isolates every user and prevents one site's issues from affecting others, is a must for stability and has a per-user cost.
LiteSpeed Web Server: Instead of free alternatives like Apache or Nginx, we use the paid LiteSpeed Enterprise version, which runs your site up to 600% faster.
Imunify360: This AI-powered security software, which protects your site against malware and attacks, is a standard part of our packages.
We never use "cracked/nulled" (pirated) software to lower costs. Original licensing means security and continuity.
Data security is not an optional service; it is a standard necessity.
DDoS Protection: Advanced hardware and software firewall systems are active to block cyber attacks (L3/L4/L7 layers) targeting your site.
Disaster Recovery: We back up your data not just on the same server, but also on external servers in physically different locations. We finance the infrastructure to restore your data even in the event of a total data center catastrophe. This "invisible insurance" is included in our prices.
Our biggest cost item and our greatest source of pride: Our Team.
You work with real system engineers who understand, analyze, and solve your problems, not automated bots.
24/7 Active Support: Our expert team works in shifts and is ready to intervene on your site even on holidays or in the middle of the night.
Level of Expertise: Our support team consists of experts trained in server optimization, database management, and cybersecurity, not just staff who reset passwords. Employing quality personnel is a prerequisite for quality service.
Technology changes every day. PHP versions update, and new security vulnerabilities emerge. Our team conducts R&D to keep our systems constantly updated and to integrate the latest technologies. A portion of our pricing is allocated to technology investments so that you continue to receive the fastest and most secure service in the future.
Transparency is our biggest commitment under our service agreement. We do not act arbitrarily when updating prices; we base them on global and local economic realities.
The main factors that compel us to update our prices are:
Global Currency Fluctuations: Hardware imports (Servers, Disks, RAM, etc.) and software licensing (cPanel, LiteSpeed, etc.) are indexed to foreign currencies (USD/EUR). Depreciation in local currency directly drives up our costs.
Data Center and Energy Costs: Increases in industrial electricity costs required to run and cool servers 24/7.
Inflation and Labor: Salary improvements made to maintain the living standards of our qualified technical staff and retain them in our team.
When we are compelled to increase prices, we follow this path:
Early Notification: We inform our existing customers via email and panel announcements at least 30 days before the price increase takes effect.
Early Renewal Advantage: Before the price increase, we grant existing customers the right to extend (renew) their service duration at the old price. Thus, we protect our loyal customers from sudden increases.
Transparent Justification: We clearly explain the reason for the price increase (e.g., "Due to a 20% global hike in cPanel license fees").
Sometimes potential customers ask, "Firm X offers a similar package for half the price, why is yours higher?" The answer lies in the "hidden costs."
Firms providing cheaper services usually:
Host thousands of sites on a single server, far above its capacity. This causes your site to slow down and frequently encounter "Internal Server Error" messages.
Backup data within the same server (or not at all). If the server disk fails, your data is lost forever.
Use unlicensed (Warez) software, putting your site at security risk.
Respond to support requests days later with canned responses.
We do not choose these paths.
We believe in quality competition, not price competition. We know that the commercial loss and reputational damage you would suffer when your business stops, your site doesn't open, or your data is lost, is far greater than the small price difference you pay for hosting.
Hosting service is not a boring monthly "expense item" for your business; it is the most important investment forming the foundation of your digital assets.
When working with us, you buy:
Not just disk space, but Speed.
Not just traffic quota, but Uptime.
Not just a control panel, but an Expert Technical Team.
Most importantly; you buy Peace of Mind.
Our pricing policy is structured to offer you not the cheapest service, but the most trouble-free, fastest, and safest experience. We trust our quality and care about your business as much as you do.
Thank you for choosing us and valuing quality.
