We take automatic daily server backups for our Hosting and Reseller services. However, these backups are for possible system failures. The backups that can be shared with customers are in the form of weekly account-based backups. Customers are absolutely obligated to take their own backups. Our company may share backups with customers on an initiative basis, based on good faith.
In case of problems that may arise from hardware or software in Hosting, Reseller, and SEO Reseller Servers, the service owner is responsible for their own backup. Our company is never responsible.
Backups are valid for sites that do not exceed 5 GB. Since sites over 5 GB will be outside the scope of backup, our company can never be held responsible for problems that may occur on these sites. The customer is responsible for taking their own backup.
Websites exceeding 5GB are only backed up monthly, and there is no data guarantee. Hostider performs the backup service only to prevent systematic problems. Although the responsibility for backup belongs to the customer, Hostider cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
Backups of terminated, canceled services are deleted along with the account. They cannot be recovered.
