General Terms of Use
1. Hosting Terms of Use
1.1: The e-mail sending limit is up to 100 per hour. Hostider.net may change the hourly sending limits.
1.2: Backups taken by the customer are stored on the server for 7 days and may be automatically removed by the system after that.
1.3: The packages cannot be used for purposes contrary to the concept of web hosting, such as file sharing, file/data storage, download center, or backup space.
1.4: The packages cannot be used for bulk / spam e-mail sending. Hostider.net may impose restrictions on hourly sending if it deems necessary.
1.5: The customer is responsible for backing up their data. Our company cannot be held responsible for possible data loss.
1.6: The fair use quota for backup is 5 GB. Backup is not guaranteed for data exceeding 5 GB.
1.7: We cannot provide a 100% transfer guarantee for the free site migration service.
1.8: Unlimited features are based on the principle of good faith use. The aim here is for our customers to use their packages in good faith without getting stuck on any limit. A CPU limit application based on this principle is available in the packages. The fair use control point for monthly traffic usage is 50GB. The fair use disk usage control point is 10GB.
1.9: Unless otherwise stated in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 100% of one processor core. In certain packages, this rate can go up to 400%.
1.10: Unless otherwise stated in our hosting packages, the file count limit (inode limit) is 100,000. In certain packages, this number can go up to 400,000.
1.11: In all hosting packages, parked/alias domains can only be used for the simultaneous broadcast of the existing website. In uses other than website broadcasting (mail, etc.), Hostider may suspend the relevant services without notice.
1.12: Addon/Alias/Park domains used in hosting services can be used if they are registered as a domain service in the user's account. In cases where domains that do not belong to the user or are registered with a different company are used, the proof of the right to use the domain belongs to the user. Hostider may stop the broadcast of these additional domains or remove them from the hosting service when it deems necessary.
1.13: In the shared hosting infrastructure, no additional functions can be provided outside of the php functions provided on the control panel. Users who want to install 3rd party modules on standard applications (Wordpress, Opencart, etc.) must install the applications by checking these functions.
1.14: Users who receive services from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access.
1.15: The use of php functions such as exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open is not allowed in our shared hosting infrastructures.
1.16: Hostider.net can monitor resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) at regular intervals and may ask the customer to reduce their resources. In cases where package limits or fair use principles are exceeded, the system can automatically perform limiting, stopping, redirecting to a special page, or restricting.
1.17: Hostider.net can make IP, server, and infrastructure changes for active packages without notifying the user when it deems necessary, regardless of resource usage or server performance.
1.18: The use of benefits such as campaigns, promotions, discounts, free extra time, etc., is personal to the company and individual, unless otherwise stated. If it is determined that the benefit provided from accounts created with different names, e-mails, or phone numbers is used outside the framework of the determined rules, Hostider may suspend the relevant account and service without notice and may request the user to pay the difference resulting from the relevant benefit.
1.19: Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Hostider may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. It may close access to the accounts.
1.20: Hostider.net always has the right to terminate the service and issue a refund without giving any reason.
1.21: Hostider.net reserves the right to make changes to hosting packages and the articles and all other elements affecting these packages.
2. Domains Not Allowed to be Registered / Transferred
The registration, transfer, or hosting on our servers of domains that do not comply with the following articles is not permitted. Domains found to be non-compliant with these rules may be deleted without prior notice.
2.1: Domains that do not comply with the Law on the Regulation of Publications Made in the Internet Environment and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications No. 5651.
2.2: Commercial bank names (garantisube, ypkrdsube, akbanksube, etc.)
2.3: Credit card / bill payment point names (kartode, faturaode, etc.)
2.4: Names referencing various online games (Metin2, mt2, etc.)
3. Contents Not Allowed to be Used
The hosting of the following sites / contents on our servers is not permitted.
3.1: Contents that do not comply with the Law on the Regulation of Publications Made in the Internet Environment and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications No. 5651.
3.2: Toplist Sites
3.3: IRC Scripts / Bots
3.4: IRCD (IRC Servers)
3.5: Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers
3.6: Contents that may cause Phishing
3.7: Image Scripts (such as Photobucket or Tinypic)
3.8: Auto Surf / PTC / PTS / PPC Sites
3.9: IP Scanners
3.10: Bruteforce Programs / Scripts / Applications
3.11: E-mail Bombers / Spam Scripts
3.12: Banner Exchange Networks (Commercial banner exchange sites)
3.13: File Upload / Mirror Scripts (such as Rapidshare, Hotfile)
3.14: Sites that broadcast commercial Audio / Radio
3.15: Foreclosure / Bank Debt Securities
3.16: High-interest programs (HYIP) or related sites
3.17: Investment sites (FOREX, E-gold exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM / Pyramid Scheme)
3.18: Sites for loading money onto cards
3.19: Lack of necessary permits for the sale of substances controlled by the state
3.20: High-interest banking programs
3.21: Lottery / Gambling Sites
3.22: MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
3.23: Hacker-focused sites / archives / programs
3.24: Sites that promote illegal activities
3.25: Forums or other websites that distribute or link to Warez / pirated / illegal content
3.26: Bank debt securities and programs for trading these securities
3.27: Fake Sites (including but not limited to those specified at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
3.28: Mailer Pro etc. e-mail marketing / sending sites
3.29: Software for sending mail by clicking a button
3.30: Broadcasting live sports events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.)
3.31: Automatic referral software
3.32: Anonymous or bulk SMS sending applications
3.33: Sites related to Bitcoin etc. Miners, Exchange, Trading
3.34: PayDay Loan sites (Programs related to PayDay loans or loan partnerships)
3.35: Child pornography and other pornographies. All other content, including child pornography, that is potentially harmful to children and minors is strictly prohibited. Any website containing child pornography or links to it will be immediately taken offline without notice.
3.36: It is forbidden to run a cron job with a duration of less than 15 minutes on any web hosting or reseller account.
Policies
1: Providing seamless and high-standard service to all our users is our top priority. The rules and limits mentioned in the package details are determined within the scope of this priority. Accordingly; the consumption of disk, traffic, CPU, and other resources is not allowed to be at a level that would negatively affect our main system and the users who share this system in any way.
2: All our individual and corporate users have the right to use a healthy e-mail service. All other measures we take, such as our zero-tolerance policy against spam, are to ensure the continuity of this service.
3: We are aware that data may be valuable to our users, regardless of what service they have. However, we do not know how much this value is. We expect our users to inform us if this value is more than the monthly value of the hosting service fee. Therefore, we recommend that our users regularly back up their sites to their computers even if they have purchased a backup service. We want every user to know that the responsibility for backing up their data is 100% their own, regardless of the service they receive. In case of possible data loss, we will be happy to share the backups we have taken against system errors with them, even if an additional backup service has not been purchased from us.
4: We would like to state that our packages and the resources and limits of the packages are always controlled based on the principle of good faith use, and all transactions are carried out with this principle in mind.
5: Insulting / behaving rudely to any of our employees will result in the suspension / termination of your account / the service(s) you have received. In such a case, your membership will be terminated and the agreement will be canceled without any refund.
